Each generation has something valuable to offer and our law firm is an example of how this can be used. The youngest person who works for us is 23 years old and the oldest is 71. The older persons share their knowledge and experience with the younger ones and the younger persons show the older ones the possibilities that the modern world gives us.
Our best experts are our alumni. The students who started their professional career with us are currently leading our practices. Some of them also gained experience in other firms, but after some time they came back to us. Now they are the ones who introduce new young lawyers to the nuances and intricacies of the profession of legal advisor, advocate and tax advisor.
Thirty years of our firm’s existence is a time of many changes that our law firm has been going through together with the changing world.
During this period we had 4 offices. We started our activity in a rented apartment at Raszyńska Street. Then there was an office in a tenement house on Nowogrodzka Street. At that time there were no mobile phones, we used the Internet mainly because we were operating as part of an international law firm, and the basic means of communication with the world was fax. It is hard to imagine, but it is true! From there, we moved to the building of the Warsaw Financial Center, where we were one of the first tenants – right at the center of business life and the legal industry at the time. At the WFC, in the place where the most prestigious business and financial institutions are located, we already enjoyed all the benefits of technology. At that time we witnessed the greatest changes taking place in our country, in the political system and in the economy. And we also had our share in it.
For a year now, our office has been located at Zaułek Piękna. A place friendly to our clients and to us, employees. In this space, more cosy and private, we function in the new reality, which is the time of pandemic. We support our clients in their transactions, in new challenges and plans, providing security and services of the highest quality.
Our law firm is above all a well-integrated team of people who are not only involved in working together on various projects, but also enjoy each other’s company. In addition to being colleagues, they are often friends and sometimes even more than that… Commitment to work also translates into more informal relations.
In the 30-year history of our law firm, we have witnessed six marriages among out staff. Although it is only a “side effect” of teamwork, it is nice to think that these people met in our firm.
