The law firm of Radzikowski, Szubielska i Wspólnicy sp.k. was established in 1990 by Gabriel Wujek who was soon joined by other lawyers, most of whom are with us still today.

We are a team of over 20 legal advisors, advocates, tax advisors and lawyers who, in their everyday work, exercise the utmost diligence in representing the clients’ interests, seek the best solutions and support clients in the decision-making process.

    Case won before a common court regarding a claim of the State Treasury for return of time-barred tax liabilities recognized as an undue benefit

  27. Constitutional appeal upheld by the Constitutional Tribunal, lodged on behalf of Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych S.A., which alleged unconstitutionality of provisions specifying the amount of enforcement costs in administrative enforcement proceedings
