Representative experience
- Represented a client active in the cement industry in relation to the highest fine in Poland for an infringement of competition law (cartel)
- Represented a client active in the cement industry as the defendant in Poland’s largest action for damages in relation to losses resulting from a cartel agreement (private enforcement)
- Represented a leading distributor of laboratory equipment in a case concerning acts of unfair competition (unlawful use of trade secrets and inciting not to perform distribution agreements) which caused damage in the amount of many millions of PLN
- Represented a leading distributor of printing equipment in a lawsuit against a former employee in relation to passing-off and free-riding
- Represented a Polish distributor of cycling equipment in litigation and mediation cases with the participation of a leading American sports equipment manufacturer in connection with termination of a distribution agreement, acts of unfair competition and infringement of personal interests
