Representative experience
- Represented an undertaking active in the automotive industry (as defendant) in two disputes with shareholders who challenged resolutions of the Shareholders Meeting, with the total value in dispute exceeding PLN 1 billion
- Represented two undertakings operating within a well-known grocery store chain in a dispute over the repeal of resolutions of the Shareholders Meeting which provided for redemption of their shares
- Represented a US-based investor in the process of excluding a disloyal shareholder from a limited liability company
- Represented a Ukrainian investor (as defendant) in a lawsuit regarding claims for payment of several hundred million PLN of damages for non-performance of a privatization agreement (among others, with respect to a conditional obligation to increase the share capital)
