- Represented a prominent Polish businessman (as claimant) in a landmark case regarding an infringement of personal interests in connection with violation of the defendant’s dignity in the course of a court hearing; for the first time the court adjudicated that a judge is liable for such a violation
- Represented a publisher of a weekly magazine in a case regarding an infringement of a public figure’s personal interests in a published article
