- Represented an operator of several hotels in a number of civil, enforcement, criminal and administrative proceedings in connection with the reprivatization of the Warsaw land related to the operation of the hotels, including in the context of neighbourhood relations, establishment of the right of way, infringement of possession, protection of possession, and in relation to making an enforcement order unenforceable
- Represented an Austrian developer in disputes over a privatization agreement concerning a company that operates several hotels in Warsaw
- Represented an undertaking active in the automotive industry in a case regarding usucaption of a valuable and centrally located plot of land in Warsaw attractive for investment purposes
- Represented a former State-owned enterprise in enfranchisement proceedings regarding the land occupied by it
