We would like to inform you that yesterday the Ministry of Justice sent out recommendations to all courts to further reduce their activities related to contact with external stakeholders (i.e. clients of the justice system, such as our Clients and us) and to minimize their judicial activities in general.
The most important recommendations include:
- stopping the dispatch of any court letters that involve appeals and procedural deadlines. No judgment, decision or payment order will be sent until further notice (this does not apply to letters already sent, urgent cases, enforcement matters and matters relating to Land and Mortgage Registers),
- suspension of the scheduling of hearings and meetings in April,
- directing employees to take overdue holiday leave.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding these recommendations, please feel free to contact us.
