Another litigation success of the Firm!
On 9 February 2022, the Court of Appeal in Warsaw finally and fully dismissed a multimillion claim for damages against our Client (a “Big Four” energy entity in Poland).
The case involved a claim for a multimillion sum sought against our Client and the State Treasury (in solidum) as damages for failure to comply with a decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office ordering the resumption of energy supply to the claimant’s facilities (the supply was suspended by our Client due to late payment).
