Today is the third Thursday of October and this means the International Mediation Day!
We have discussed the topic of mediation many times before because of the extraordinary commitment of our lawyers to practising and promoting this method of dispute resolution. Let’s just mention two recent events:
? recognition of Sylwester Pieckowski by Who’s Who Legal (Sylwester was named among the three Polish lawyers in the Commercial Mediation category), and
? validation of Marcin Boruc (as an expert in judicial and extrajudicial mediation in civil cases) within the Integrated Qualification System.
Let’s hope that the awareness of mediation among lawyers will continue to increase!
