A team of lawyers at Radzikowski, Szubielska i Wspólnicy advised ZPUE S.A. and its affiliates in relation to financing provided to ZPUE S.A. by a club of banks: Santander Bank S.A., Citihandlowy – Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. and ING Bank Śląski S.A.
Our advice covered the facility agreement, security documents and other matters related to the financing. The facility agreement was signed on 3 March 2020. The total amount of the credit facilities was PLN 180 million.
The person in charge of providing support to ZPUE S.A. was Agnieszka Piasecka, Partner, and the team also included Joanna Jabłońska, Senior Associate, and Edward Bieliński, Senior Associate.
