We advised innogy Polska S.A. on the acquisition of the remaining interests and taking 100% control of Foton Technik Sp. z o.o. – a leading company active on the market of PV micro installations in Poland.
After innogy Polska S.A. acquired in 2016 a majority stake in Foton Technik, a transaction in which we also advised innogy, on Friday, 23 August 2019, innogy acquired the remaining shares of Foton Technik, thus taking full control of Foton Technik.
We advised innogy throughout the share acquisition process, from a due diligence on Foton Technik, through assistance in obtaining antimonopoly clearance from the Polish competition authority, to the moment of signing the SPA.
