• advised a Polish multi energy group on concluding a 5-year contract with an estimated value exceeding PLN 7 billion for the supply of natural gas (the largest contract in terms of volume and value for the purchase of natural gas in Poland by an end user)
• represented Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin S.A. in concluding an agreement on the sale of CO2 emission allowances with a large international energy corporation
• advised Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin S.A. and Elektrownia Pątnów II Sp. z o.o. on concluding long-term fuel supply agreements

• drafted a set of contracts related to cooperation with customers in respect of construction and operation of small cogeneration units for a leading energy company
• advised a company from the liquid fuels trading sector on concluding an agreement for the supply of liquid fuels for US troops stationed in Poland
