Representative experience
- advised a Polish multi energy group on concluding a 5-year contract with an estimated value exceeding PLN 7 billion for the supply of natural gas (the largest contract in terms of volume and value for the purchase of natural gas in Poland by an end user)
- advised a European energy group on issues related to natural gas trading in Poland and gas transit through Poland
- advised PGNiG S.A. in relation to the negotiation and conclusion of a framework agreement with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and three energy companies: PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., TAURON Polska Energia S.A. and ENEA S.A., concerning cooperation on shale gas exploration and extraction in Poland
- represented PGNiG S.A. in several matters concerning, among others, international gas trade, gas exploration projects in Poland, regulatory issues and restructuring
- represented a European gas company in the process of acquisition of six license for exploration of natural gas deposits from a consortium of international companies
- represented PGNiG S.A. in the preparation of a feasibility study and subsequently in the planned construction of Poland’s first liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal
- advised Lubelski Węgiel “Bogdanka” S.A. in negotiations of a long-term coal supply agreement for Elektrownia Północ Sp. z o.o., a member of Kulczyk Holding
