We represent international and Polish developers, institutional investors and lenders in various transactions in connection with office, retail, warehouse, residential and hotel projects throughout Poland. We have more than 25 years of extensive and varied experience that has evolved alongside a dynamic transition of the Polish economy. We started from deals aimed at creation of modern distribution centers for the first foreign investors entering the Polish market, through development, acquisition, sale or lease of office space and housing and commercial buildings, to financing complex and diverse development and investment projects. Our knowledge and skills allow us to provide advice in a manner that swiftly and efficiently combines our clients’ economic expectations and legal considerations.

Represented an SPV of Arka BZ WBK Fundusz Rynku Nieruchomości in connection with the following transactions: sale of the Vision portfolio; acquisition, financing and sale of the retail center Centrum Handlowe Alfa (Phase I and Phase II); acquisition and expansion of the Dom Towarowy Dukat department store in Olsztyn; acquisition of a 2150 sq. m office development located at 56 Okopowa street in Warsaw; financing and acquisition of the FDS Plaza office building in Warsaw; financing and acquisition of Ujazdowskie 10 office building in Warsaw; financing and acquisition of the Red Tower office building in Łódź
Represented Caelum Development in connection with the following projects: sale of a portfolio of seven shopping centers and retail facilities located throughout Poland; sale of an SPV managing the Galeria Wisła shopping center in Płock; sale of shares in an SPV and a joint venture agreement with Futureal (one of the biggest developers in Europe) in relation to development of the Nova Park shopping center in Gorzów Wielkopolski; disposal of land and a contract for the development of a 4500 sq. m retail center in Racibórz; acquisition, financing and development of the Galeria Askana commercial center in Gorzów Wielkopolski; acquisition, financing and development of the Galeria Wisła shopping center in Płock; acquisition of the Madison shopping center in Gdańsk; financing, acquisition and development of the Praktiker shopping unit in Rybnik; financing and acquisition of the Ahold retail unit in Chojnice; financing, acquisition and extension development, and subsequently the sale of the Okęcie Commercial Center in Warsaw

Represented an investment property fund belonging to Invesco Real Estate in connection with the acquisition and subsequently sale of a class A office building – Jerozolimskie Business Park, building D, in Warsaw and the acquisition of Deloitte House office building in Warsaw
Represented Pradera Central and Eastern Fund in connection with the acquisition of the Pasaż Łódzki hypermarket and retail facility from Green Holdings and GE Real Estate, acquisition of the Galeria nad Jeziorem shopping facility in Konin, and acquisition of the Galeria Gniezno shopping center in Gniezno
