We are proud to inform that on 24th November 2022 the Supreme Court fully dismissed cassation against our client, major foreign investor, in case for payment multi-million amount as a compensation for alleged non performance of the privatization agreement.
Earlier the claim against our client was dismissed by courts of I and II instance.
The case was conducted by partners Włodzimierz Radzikowski, Adam Zwierzyński and Marcin Boruc with expert support of partner Dorota Szubielska.
