Nasi specjaliści w zakresie rozwiązywania sporów Marcin Boruc i Adam Zwierzyński współtworzyli właśnie opublikowany raport „DIS Rules Clinic Report on Settlement Facilitation” opublikowany przez Niemiecki Instytut Arbitrażowy – DIS (Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e.V. (DIS) German Arbitration Institute).
Do powstania raportu przyczynili się również Gabriel Wujek oraz Sylwester Pieckowski.

Our dispute resolution experts, Marcin Boruc and Adam Zwierzynski, contributed to the recently published “DIS Rules Clinic Report on Settlement Facilitation”, released by German Arbitration Institude – DIS (Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e.V. (DIS) German Arbitration Institute).
Gabriel Wujek and Sylwester Pieckowski were also involved in the development of the report as respondents to the Working Group survey.
