(the first simultaneous merger of two companies with a third stock exchange listed one)
• Advised on the de-merger of ZPG Dolina Nidy resulting in its split by shareholders Atlas S.A. and Lafarge Nida Gips Sp. z o.o.
• Advised Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych S.A. and its affiliates on their cooperation with major global partners from the automotive sector, financial restructuring and day-to-day corporate matters
• Advised members of the Mondi group on mergers, transformations, liquidation and day-to-day corporate matters
• Advised in the process of division of ZF Polpharma S.A. and spin-off of its biotech operations Polpharma Biologics S.A.
• Advised members of the Polpharma Biologics group on a merger and day-to-day corporate matters including corporate financing

• Advised members of the Polchar group on day-to-day corporate matters and on their cooperation with business partners operating in the mineral extraction sector and chemical industry
• Supported an international energy group in a merger of companies managing wind parks in Poland with an installed capacity of 350 MW; the advice involved corporate, regulatory and tax aspects
• Advised international joint venture companies active in the wind park management sector in Poland on mergers and transformation processes; the advice involved corporate and regulatory aspects
• Advised a group of Polish and Cyprus-based companies controlled by Polish natural persons on a merger (including cross-border and downstream mergers)
• Advised a company active in the rail transport sector in the process of division by spin-off
• Represented hotel project owners in matters regarding their cooperation with international hotel chains and in regulatory matters related to casinos and games of chance
