We are proud to announce that the law firm Radzikowski, Szubielska i Wspólnicy has closed a complex transaction involving the sale of agricultural land and forest estates with a total area of around 13.5 hectares.
The complexity of this transaction can be seen from the fact that it required the consent of the National Support Centre for Agriculture to sell the agricultural land before the lapse of 5 years from its purchase and it was necessary to take into account the right of first refusal of the State Forests company and the National Support Centre for Agriculture.
The case was managed by Joanna Jabłońska, who was responsible for communication with our clients and drafting of the transaction documents. In addition, Joanna Jabłońska played a key role in the difficult multi-stage negotiations that required not only excellent legal skills but also extraordinary composure.
