Magdalena Kułakowska
Junior Associate
Lawyer. She has experience in advising on banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
Her practice focuses on drafting finance documents, such as: facility agreements, loan agreements, security documents and supervising the process of fulfilling conditions precedent and subsequent. Magda has also been actively involved in drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements.
She has advised borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including those regarding renewable energy sources, real estate or business financing.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Advised a consortium of three banks in connection with the financing several large-scale investments in renewable energy sources
- Advised a bank in Poland in connection with the financing of two photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 176 MW located in Poland by a leading energy company in Central and Eastern Europe
- Advising an international client from the IT industry in the transaction of acquiring 100% of shares in a Polish start-up
- Advising a British law firm on Polish aspects controlled by IT groups that provide access through a consortium of banks
