Representative Experience
- Advised ORLEN S.A. and its subsidiary ORLEN Wind 3 Sp. z o.o. on the purchase of a PV plant located near Wałcz from the Forum IV FIZ Fund and Prime PV Assets
- Advised on due diligence processes for real estate and development projects
- Advised on the compliance of developer agreements with the Act on the protection of rights of buyers of residential units and single-family houses and the Developers Guarantee Fund
- Conducted legal due diligence on wind and PV projects and companies in connection with the acquisition of an interest in such projects and companies by leading Polish and international energy companies
- Supervised the process of fulfilling conditions precedent under facility agreements
