Marcel Nowański
Junior Associate
Lawyer. His practice focuses on banking and finance law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. Marcel has experience in financing transactions, conducting legal due diligence, and preparing corporate and transaction documentation. Prior to joining us, he was responsible for legal and compliance matters in the adtech sector, working with leading Polish and European media publishers.

- Coordinated the fulfilment of conditions precedent under facility agreements
- Supported clients in matters relating to corporate disputes
- Conducted legal due diligence of real estate assets and development projects
- Conducted legal due diligence of wind and photovoltaic projects and companies operating wind and photovoltaic farms in connection with transactions carried out by leading Polish and international energy companies
- Prepared draft documentation relating to the transformation of commercial companies
- Advised Polish and European companies operating in the medical, energy and paper industries on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters
