Olga Ostrowska
Junior Associate
Lawyer. Her practice focuses primarily on energy law. Olga’s work is centred around regulatory matters in relation to companies active in the electricity, gas and fuel sectors. Her experience also includes work on transactional projects related to photovoltaic installations, wind farms and coal-fired power plants. Additionally, she is involved in projects related to sustainability issues, decarbonization of energy-intensive sectors and energy transition.

Representative Experience
- Advised ORLEN S.A. and its subsidiary ORLEN Wind 3 Sp. z o.o. on the purchase from EDP Renewables Polska Sp. z o.o. of SPVs that owned three wind farms in the Wielkopolska region with a total capacity of over 142 MW and additional photovoltaic capacity developed through cable pooling
- Conducted a legal due diligence on wind farm and PV projects and companies in connection with the acquisition of their shares by major Polish and international energy companies
- Drafted applications for a licence or amendment of a licence for a fuel company
- Drafted submissions in administrative procedure cases and administrative court proceedings
- Drafted submissions in cases at common courts of all instances and at the Supreme Court
- Advised a client on legal regulations regarding carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) technologies
- Advised an energy company on the implementation of CPPAs in its relations with its counterparties in various options
