Advocate. His practice focuses on business dispute resolution through negotiation, arbitration and mediation. He was an arbitrator in 50 business disputes, a mediator in 60 business disputes and acted as an attorney for a party in 30 arbitrations.
With our law firm since 1998. Previously, he worked at Miller. Canfield. Paddock & Stone (1996-1998), he was a general counsel at Melex USA, Inc. (1988-1996) and PHZ Pezetel (1983-1987), a legal counsel to the Ministry of Foreign Trade (1977-1987), and he started his career at PTHZ Elektrim (1975-1976).

- Lead negotiator in a trade dispute between the Polish company Bartimpex and Lockheed Martin stemming from the F-16 aircraft Offset Agreement
- Negotiator in a trade dispute between FSO and Henkel in connection with a mass car malfunction
- Negotiator and attorney for the consortium Eckes/V&S in privatization processes of alcoholic beverages manufacturers such as Polmos Poznań, Polmos Białystok and Polmos Zielona Góra
- Attorney for the Minister of the State Treasury in the process of negotiations with Eureko in connection with privatization of PZU
- Chairman in an ICC arbitration in Vienna in connection with an international energy-related dispute
- Lead negotiator and attorney for Port-Hotel in relation to international franchise agreements with Marriott regarding Warsaw hotels Courtyard by Marriott and Renaissance
