- Advised ORLEN S.A. and its subsidiary ORLEN Wind 3 Sp. z o.o. on the purchase of a PV plant located near Wałcz from the Forum IV FIZ Fund and Prime PV Assets
- Advised an international energy group on the merger of 40 companies active in the renewable energy market
- Conducted legal due diligence on wind and PV projects and companies in connection with the acquisition of an interest in such projects and companies by leading Polish and international energy companies
- Provided legal support to a leading Polish bank in relation to drafting financing documentation
