- Advised on the acquisition of a portfolio of PV installations for a Chinese investment fund
- Advised on a number of transactions involving disposal, acquisition and financing of real estate and renewable energy projects
- Conducted legal due diligence processes relating to wind farms and PV projects and companies that operated them in connection with the acquisition of their shares by leading Polish and international energy companies
- Prepared a memorandum for entities active in the meat processing industry relating to waste management
- Participated in negotiations of lease agreements and contracts for construction work (including FIDIC)
