Radosław Dubieszko

Advocate. His practice focuses on legal advice related to real estate transactions and due diligence of real estate. He has participated in many real estate acquisitions and development financing processes. Radosław provides advice on the acquisition, construction and operation of wind farms and solar parks and on issues related to electromobility. His areas of interest also include investment funds and corporate law, in particular legal services for business entities in the real estate sector.
Radosław has gained his experience in an international real estate development company and in Polish law firms.

Representative Experience
- Advised ORLEN S.A. and its subsidiary ORLEN Wind 3 Sp. z o.o. on the purchase from EDP Renewables Polska Sp. z o.o. of SPVs that owned three wind farms in the Wielkopolska region with a total capacity of over 142 MW and additional photovoltaic capacity developed through cable pooling
- Advised on due diligence processes regarding real estate and development projects
- Provided comprehensive legal advice in the process of acquisition, construction and lease-up of an office building, including drafting and negotiation of agreements at every stage of the project
- Advised a new energy company on the establishment of electric vehicle charging stations
- Drafted and negotiated loan agreements and security documents in the transactions of financing and refinancing of investment projects by leading banks on the Polish market
- Provided legal advice related to real estate development, including in the process of obtaining the required permits and approvals, drafted agreements and documents related to the design, construction, sale and lease-up of premises
- Conducted a legal due diligence on wind farm and PV projects and companies in connection with the acquisition of their shares by major Polish and international energy companies
