Legal advisor and advocate. His practice focuses on international commercial law and commercial arbitration. He advises clients on international trade, investment and capital projects, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, banking, and resolution of business disputes, including cross-border disputes, by negotiation, mediation and arbitration, or in court.
With our law firm since 1999. Previously, he ran his own law firm in Düsseldorf (1991-1999) and worked for advisory firms in Düsseldorf (1989-1990), he was a member of the Polish Government’s delegation that negotiated the restructuring of Polish debt with Western private banks (the London Club) (1982-1984) and he worked as a legal advisor at foreign trade companies Metalexport and Paged (1974-1989).
