His practice focuses on the financing of hospitality projects, commercial properties (offices, shopping centers), manufacturing and energy projects (wind farms, PV parks), NPL transactions, financial and commodity derivative contracts, restructurings and insolvencies, and M&A transactions.
He represents leading Polish and foreign banks, international financial institutions, and Polish and international investors on projects carried out in Poland and abroad.
With our law firm since 1990. Earlier, he headed the Domestic Division of the Legal Department of Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Economic Cooperation (1984-1989).

- Represented Polish and foreign banks in the financing and refinancing of hospitality and commercial real estate (hotels, offices and shopping centers) in Poland and abroad, and renewable energy projects (winds farms, PV projects)
- Represented hotel owners in negotiations with international hotel chains related to hotel management, franchise and lease agreements
- Represented hospitality project owners in regulatory matters related to gambling in Poland
- Represented private and institutional creditors and banks in insolvency proceedings including coordination of cross-border insolvency proceedings in EU countries
- Represented Polish and foreign banks in NPL sale transactions
- Represented Polish and foreign banks in currency, interest rate and commodity swap transactions (ISDA)
- Represented private investors in cross-border corporate matters including setting-up, cross-border transformation and liquidation of companies.
- Represented investors in projects that involved taking up the production of consumer goods (the food and pharmaceutical industries), including the financing of such projects through a public offering
